What is included in the price?
The vehicle, fuel and a professional driver. Motorway tolls, city access fees, parking, and the driver’s meals and accommodation on multi-day trips are listed separately in your quote, so you see every cost upfront. Prices include 10% VAT.
How is the price calculated?
Transfers inside Paris have fixed prices by route type. Everything else is calculated on the real distance and the vehicle you need. You get an instant estimate online, then a written quote.
How many hours can a driver work?
We follow EU driving-time rules. For long days or tours we plan breaks, a second driver or an overnight stop so your group travels safely and legally.
Can you handle very large groups?
Yes. We combine our own coaches with partner operators, so several vehicles can run the same day with one coordinator and one quote.
Do you handle series and recurring groups?
Yes. We support regular series across the season as well as one-off groups and last-minute requests, with the same coordinator from the first booking.
How do I pay?
Confirm with a deposit online by card, or by bank transfer. The balance is settled as agreed in your quote.
Do your drivers speak English?
Our team works in several languages, and we can add multilingual drivers, tour leaders and licensed guides on request.
